You don't have to do it. There is nothing requiring you to run it each day, and ignoring it does not block your progress. It is an optional roulette which the game allows you to run once per day if you are willing to spend the time required to earn the payment.

The unskippable cutscenes are not a deliberate barrier to your rightful reward for reaching the finish line, they are the reason those particular rewards have been set in the first place - as compensation for your time.
