Then maybe the game should stop to try and teach them about it. The game does very little to teach about it as it is considering how useful of a feature it can be. The PF is hardly an "endgame tool", you can use it for any sorts of content you wish.PF is not an option, not only do most newbies at that stage not know about PF or how it works as its an endgame tool,
Don't act like there isn't any precedent of the game breaking immersion to try to warn the player of copious use of cutscenes; it does that right before That Cutscene of 2.55 and at several points beyond and explicitly tells you to set aside extra time for the cutscenes. It can do the same thing here with warning players that you may want to find like-minded other players that will allow you to properly view the numerous cutscenes in the dungeon, and teach them about how the PF and how it allows them to do just that.
Disagree; I've made several groups precisely this way and precisely for the purpose of preserving the newbie/cutscene experience. You don't necessarily need to fill a full party either.but even if they did, they'd never find enough people to do Castrum or Praetorium.
There's a reason, but it isn't a very good justification for what they did. Much like how just because there are RMT/botters would not be a good justification for, say, making it so that every DoL can only gather 100 items a day.Again, if the devs changed it to be this way, there's probably a reason.
Devs are not infallible or immune to making poor decisions.

I've been queuing it as samurai lately and actually getting in, in about 15 minutes ironically.

So skipping cutscenes in the MSQ is now considered a "cheat".
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

yes it is a exploit, the dungeon was programmed so anyone in those instances could no skip the cut-scene. If you are bypassing that option by means of a exploit it can and will get your account banned, or suspended. It is against the ToS.
I've yet to actually hear of anyone getting banned for this "exploit" and not for actually mouthing off at someone and getting banned for harassment instead.
Also, loving all this "yeah, ban everyone who dares to dc even if it's an accident due to power or internet going out" stuff. Totally reasonable.

Yeah its totally random, 5x in row, just right after a CS started, but I rly randomly ran ahead and pulled the boss, i didnt expect that to work, said 5x in row.... lol
Yeah, I don't think you can prove it to the standards the GMs have to. They don't ban people using bots for gathering, so what makes you think they'll ban for this?
EDIT: Nevermind the bit I tried to edit in quickly, seems we both agree on that point. :P

This thread turned into a ridiculous witch hunt and white knight fiesta and I am just shaking my head right now.
Investigate and ban people that skip cutscenes? Holy kupo, people, calm down...

I kinda hope they introduce the trust thing really early and make it so you have to do those dungeons with your trust NPCs (or some FC friends, basically fixed party of some sort) before you can queue for them with other people. Then they can remove the 'no skip' part, new players can choose for themselves whether to watch cutscenes on their first run, and the roulette rewards can be back to normal so people can run it for exp and poetics as before.
