issues trying to conect and play the game

since the last month or so i had been sufering continous disconects for no apparent reason, issues sending data to the server(but no issue receiving them) and issues trying to log in to the server, issues what somewhat are fixed whit a vnp, but i wish to not depends on a vnp to play, because even whit the vnp the issues still happens at a lower frecuency
