I am currently in Lamia (Primal) and I would like to transfer my character, but I would like to know which ones have the 90 day restriction and have the possibility to return to lamia or change to another world of my choice if I do not like it.

The ones listed as Preferred on Lodestone will lock you, and no you can't change your mind and go back from one of those until the timer expires.

Just be sure to check the Lodestone regularly as the status of the worlds get updated every day, so you might decide today but then tomorrow things could change etc, so watch out for that before you commit to anything.

No, only Preferred servers have the time lock. No other server does. Or at least the 90 day lock. I believe there is a 72 hour one otherwise?

and what happens with the houses, they reimburse you some percentage of the value or you lose it completely.

You lose it completely. If you are that concerned about it, you can wait for when they open up the world transfers prior to 5.0. Since they are reshuffling worlds/datacenters, they will be giving everyone free transfers and full housing reimbursement for a limited time. They just haven't announced exactly when, yet.

Oh, had they announced it yet? I must have missed it. But that begs the question- which part of 4.5? The part coming in January or the part coming in March?

I believe it's coming with the beginning of 4.5, but there hasn't been a lot of information about it. I hope that's true, because my partner and I have been dying to transfer (and are looking forward to being on Crystal) but don't want to shell out $20 each for it so we've been waiting for the free transfers.
