FFXIV causing PC to freeze?

I've been playing this game for about 1 and a half months now and it has been running fine. However, recently my PC has been constantly freezing while playing the game. Well, not 'freezing' per se, as I can still walk around in the game and press some buttons, but it will not let me teleport, get on a mount, fight enemies or even exit the game. It won't let me press other buttons on my PC either. I can't get to the start menu, can't open the internet. Can't open Task Manager either, even through Ctrl+Alt+Del. The only way to fix it is through a hard restart of my PC, and even that doesn't help for long as it freezes again a little later on. I tried doing a reset of my entire PC, but it still keeps doing the same thing, even after it. I'm now terrified of queueing up for duties in case it freezes again, and practically cannot play the game normally. Please help me fix this.

A couple of other things I forgot to mention:
1. It seems to mostly occur in the evening, after playing the game almost the entire day.
2. My friend who also plays this game has been experiencing the same problem, although it started a lot later after I started getting it.

Here's the system report. I actually switched my DirectX version from 11 to 9 today and the game seemed to be running fine during the time that I've played it, but I'm still not 100% sure that it is fixed. As for the overheating part, I doubt it is because it can run other games for long periods of time without freezing. However I'll still see if I can find a program that can check my PC temperature, just in case. Thanks for the advice ^^

It looks like your graphics card drivers are a little out of date. You don't seem to be experiencing any graphical glitches, but it may help to update them.

If it starts occurring in DirectX 9 mode, you may want to consider reinstalling the game, if you haven't already. Make sure to also delete the locally saved data (My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV) as this is not deleted upon reinstallation. Make a backup of this folder just in case this doesn't solve the issue.

You can also try a clean boot. Simply open the task manager and select the 'Start up' tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC. This will make sure that no background processes are interfering with the game.
