I apologize for the delay in the response to your concern. What are some things you have tried to resolve the problem? Also what is your internet set up link? Are you using an Ethernet cable or WIFI? Lastly, the connection's route is determined by your ISP so they may be able to provide more information as to why the network has chosen that route.
