High Latency

Hi there, this problem started today and I fear it'll become a thing once again. We had a similar issue a few months ago, where the latency would be at around 330ms - it stabilized to 220 afterwards, but now it just rose to 500. Ahead goes the tracert command for windows using the IP address of the Aether Datacenter, which is where I play. If it is of any relevance, I play on the Zalera World and my character is Dante Fortemps and I play from Brazil. As I said, connection was totally fine last night, I was playing and would have noticed a spike in latency, it surely happened overnight.

As you can see from hop 13 to 14, it's just ridiculous how it jumps from 154ms to 482ms given the package is still in NYC. Not to mention the need to go all around Seattle to go downards towards San Jose and then to SCRM, which I have no idea what city it is, but it is in California.

I know It's a issue from NTT, but given how Square Enix seem to use their services, I felt the need to report it.

I apologize for the delay in the response to your concern. What are some things you have tried to resolve the problem? Also what is your internet set up link? Are you using an Ethernet cable or WIFI? Lastly, the connection's route is determined by your ISP so they may be able to provide more information as to why the network has chosen that route.
