    Directx 11 Errors

    On my main character I was teleporting to Rhalgr's Reach, during the loading screen I got An unexpected error has occurred message pop up. I have updated drivers, tried dx9. Nothing works, but now I can log on to a different character and play just fine

    Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    When did this first start happening? Do you recall anything on your PC changing/updating that coincides with this?

    You mentioned that you can play on a different character, can you go to the same area without crashing? If so, you may want to delete the locally saved data (located My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV). Make sure to save a back up of this folder just in case it doesn't resolve the issue.
