Could you make it so logograms are randomly dropped from the lockboxes we get from the NMs please?

Not sure about logograms (although I presume it's a currency used in Eureka), but NM stands for 'Notorious Monster', it's an old FFXI term. NMs in FFXIV are the 'elite' monsters that appear in many different content in the game, from FATEs (where you have to fight a single large monster), to the Hunt (which is technically the closest FFXIV has to what NM actually meant in FFXI), to special monsters that appear in content like Eureka and the Diadem. As I understand it, the Eureka NMs drop currency needed to getting special gear and upgrading the Stormblood relic weapon so they're highly sought after.
Logograms are cool actions introduced in Pyros. One will need 30 of those to unlock a relic weapon and 50 of 50 to unlock relic armor. These logos can be used in game in Pyros to give the bearer special actions such as having a tank raise someone, increase magic damage or heals, reflect damage and so on. They are pretty awesome for those who actually go to the trouble of using them.
Here is a link with tabs which show how to make them and from which logo's the different sub actions come from in order to make them.

And relative to the OP's request I wouldn't think they would put them in lockboxes given it would make acquiring them much too easy.

Veteran healers don't care if we need to heal, but right now we don't. We want interesting things to do during the downtime other than a 30s dot and a single filler spell that hasn't changed from lvl 4 to lvl 90.
Dead DPS do no DPS. Raised DPS do 25/50% lower DPS. Do the mechanics and don't stand in bad stuff.
Other games expect basic competence, FFXIV is pleasantly surprised by it. Other games have toxic elitism. FFXIV has toxic casualism.[/LIST]
You can get them from find the treasure for the bunnies. Thats why people do the bunny fate.
I'm not sure what the rationale was behind gating the ability to gear up armor behind gold bunny chests.
