Thank you for the information! So based on the trace rout it doesn't seem like any packets are lost. You also mention changing the screen resolution? Has this affected the connection before? Also could you try disabling full screen? Please use the following instructions:

- Right click the game launcher
- Click " Properties" and then click " Compatible"
- Check " Disable full screen"
