90002 Error Post Character Selection

Hello~

I switched from PS4 to PC ~2 weeks ago and have been unable to play the game due to being disconnected. After character selection I get “Connection with server was lost [90002]” while on the loading screen. On occasion, my character will load in game for ~10–15s before getting a 90001 or 90002 error. My PC is on a wireless connection, but my PS4 is also connected to the same router which I can play on without any issues.

I have tried logging in as different characters; created a character on a non–U.S. World/Server (Elemental/Couerl) to see if it was just my connection to Primal/Hyperion, and disabled the Private Firewall (Windows). I don’t know what else to check for and hope someone can help out.
