What to do after to you get level 50?

most achievements do nothing for you. A handful of the most difficult ones give you gear as a reward. It's usefull gear too.

Been playing off and on since FFXIV came out and so I got to level 50 Gladiator 2 months ago. But what should I be doing now? I don't see what I should be doing once you hit level cap.

Go play uncharted with vita because you can't play any final fantasy in there yet!

I seen a lot of people say Achievements which look a lot like Xbox achievements or psn type trophies. Do they actually do something useful in 14 or its a here is something to work for type of deal?

Couple years later I still never got all the achievements on FFXIII on PS3.

The fact that this is all you took note of, out of what people suggested, probably says something. To answer your question, no they don't do anything practical. They are really more for bragging rights at the moment.

Well, I got ff xiii 100% platinum and got some stuff because of that for ff xiii-2 like a mask which I use with my chichu lightning mask I mean lol

I disagree, try getting a full double melded set of sentinel's gear.

Only to find out that it is obsolete after 1.21 due to PLD being released.

no no get 7/7 ifrit and moogle weapons and then stand in shposhae for the next 2 weeks trying to get 100 000 kills....well thats what I am doing -_-

Oh and blow up a bazzilion gil on double/triple meld materia
