What is the state of the Housing Demolition Suspension since October?

Is it still temporarily suspended or is it back to normal? I can't find any threads for it being back up even for the previous time it was suspended.

In light of the flooding caused by heavy rains that hit Japan in July 2018, the automatic demolition of estates on the Elemental, Gaia, and Mana data centers was suspended. However, after careful consideration, we have decided to resume auto-demolition with the release of patch 4.5.

* The suspension of automatic housing demolition for all worlds on the Aether and Primal data centers that began on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 remains in effect.

Just a guess but I would imagine it will be reinstated when they do the NA data center reorganization. That would be roughly the same length of time it was suspended for the JP servers.
