Fae Union does not seem to be working?

I took a long break, and since coming back this skill simply does not work. I've tried this in multiple dungeons on multiple different people, in alliance, on the field. Nothing.

What it does is I use the skill, the faerie does it's animation and the tank gets the icon in their party list. But no green line connecting faerie to tank and no heals being done. This is incredibly annoying. What is going on?

This happens if the target is out of range of the faerie

They made a change not long ago where if the target is initially out of range the fairy will travel to them to be in range, however if the tether breaks it won't follow.

Ugh thanks... also i keep getting annoying tanks who spin enemies around constantly so that's just a skill I can't use I guess.

You just have to pay attention and manage it a little better while you have it popped.

It’s tricky to use in 24 man raids but other than that it’s pretty reliable. You just need to make sure your tank is placed before using it.

Every now and then you’ll have a tank that can’t stay in place (especially with mob packs in dungeons) but that’s about it.
