Random Freezes / Lagging Second Screen

Hello,

A week ago I received a new Screen (HP Pavilion 32" 2560x1440 @70Hz with Freesync).

Since switching to this Screen, I've been experiencing random freezes withing the Game. Pressing the Windows-Key / Alt-Tabbing out and back into the game fixes these Freezes but they occur frequently.

I've attempted the following steps to fix the problem:
- Disabling Freesync
- Disabling Virtual Super Resolution (on all Screens)
- Changing Graphics / Screen Settings

All Drivers are up to date.

Another problem I've noticed is that whenever I'm playing the game, the other screen appears to be lagging. Discord Messages not appearing when the sound occurs, Videos lagging / freezing with running audio.

The Freezing Problem in the game itself started to occur after reinstalling Windows. The Freezing Problem of the other screen was already present before that.

Update: The Game Freezes appear to be more frequent when there's a Video open on the other screen, even if paused.
This behaviour only started to appear after I got the new Screen.

Janniqz what kind of monitor set up do you have? You mention you have another screen so it two screens currently set up? Also does this issues happen when only operating with one screen or when both are on?

Also in regard to the issue with Discord, please try disabling the discord overlay with FFXIV.

Yeah, I'm using two screens. I've got the 32" screen described above and another 1920x1080 Screen.
I generally have both Screens turned on so I can't say anything about that. The issue appears when playing the game on the big screen and having a video (YouTube) open on the other screen.

Another thing I've noticed is that it's not the game that freezes. It seems like everything happening on that screen freezes. I've only experienced this with FFXIV so I assume it's still a problem with that.
The second screen appears to be "slowed down" in general. Scrolling through Webpages appears laggy for example. The same behaviour is present with Discord or Videos. I've disabled the Discord Overlay but the problem persists.

Noticed something interesting.

The problem only seems to occur when playing in Borderless Fullscreen Mode.
If playing in Fullscreen (probably Windowed too) everything seems to work normally.
