    Audio Issues and Game Crashing

    I recently switched to PC, and on startup sometimes there would be no sound. Usually closing and opening fixed the issue, but today there was no sound at all, and then eventually it crashed and I got the following error:

    Good morning and thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    You mention that on startup, there is no sound coming from the game. Have any changes been made the the PC recently in terms of an update or changes to the sound set up? Also could you provide a system report?
