How would you set item level requirements for Leveling Dungeons?

I'd say the small problem with vendor gear is that it can a bit pricey for the average player. For some, 100K just to get a full gear set for 2-3 dungeon levels is quite a steep price to pay.

I find it pretty hard to believe that 100k is too much to spend at level 68. I think it's more of a case where people horde their gil for something they think they might need when their max level when they'd be better off getting to 70 faster with better gear.

I say that as somebody who used to horde game money. Trust me when I say most people are just better off spending it to make their grind easier.
