Here's a document me and a friend have been working on that has most of the datamined information compiled.

Again, nothing here is 100% certain. It may very well be possible some abilities are available from more than just the monsters on this list and I'll probably continue updating it once BLU is live and there's more info.

Currently found all i could with any information that might be useful

So Blu the solo job has skill distribution as followed:
1 default skill
16 that can be gotten from the overworld
4 unknown locations(totems most likely)
28 from dungeon/trials/masked carnivale/totems

all in all good luck pfing future Blue mages

no matter what couldn't get Dryads to do Acorn bomb, Loom will be tied to B rank, never saw a cactuar in southern thanalan do 1000 needles, same with self destruct and final sting so they may have fates tied to mobs that used them i'll add that in ty ^^

Square added 6 new overworld mobs in patch 4.5 whose only purpose seems to cast specific Blue Magic, so there's your answer. These mobs can be used to obtain Toad Oil, 1000 Needles, Self-destruct, Final Sting, Drill Cannons and Peculiar Light.

Ty for that ^^ other than toad oil the rest were already in game on existing mobs just in duties guess they wanted to make sure were more mobs outside for them
