Did no receive main story aether current

I completed the main story quest "Forbidden Knowledge" but did not receive the aether current reward from Matoya. Now i cannot fly or access the special mining nodes in this area. I've been requesting support on this matter for 3 days now. Please assist.....

Are you sure that's the aether current you're missing? Remember that there is also one from the sidequests "Saro Roggo's Common Life", "Taking Stock", "Ebb and Aetherflow" and "Louder than Words". Check the Completed section of your quest journal. Two of them are listed under "Dravanian Hinterlands Sidequessts" and the other two are liste under "Idyllshire Sidequests".
