    Dravanian Horde Post-Dragonsong War

Did the story mention what happened to the Horde after Nidhogg's final death at the Steps of Faith?

Remnants of Nidhogg's Horde still exist, though they no longer pose the same threat that they did under Nidhogg's leadership.

Yes, this... and there are a few quests that help flesh out a little of the aftermath of the Dragonsong War... the Moogle quests is just one example.

So those who were under the thrall of Nidhogg were clearly shown to be carrying on with his previous directives (providing an explanation for all the aggressive dragons still roaming the overworld). This includes his entire brood along with any transformed Ishgardians.

DRG SB storyline has you try to find Faunehm, one of Nidhogg's brood, who flew to the far east at Vedrfolnir's behest (they were a pair...consorts) to avoid succumbing to Nidhogg's wrath. When you find her, she's been driven mad from resisting Nidhogg's call even though they're thousands of miles apart and only Vedrfolnir's roar can awaken her properly.

Nidhogg's brood does not have a choice in the matter, unfortunately...and there doesn't seem to be a way to 'wake' all of them up, so Ishgard continues its battle against the Horde in some ways, though they quit actively hunting. For example,

the Convictors switch from hunting dragons to escorting those who wish to travel through the Western Highlands and the Forelands (you see them pop in and out of the Vath area if you do those beast tribe quests).

Sadly it seems Nidhogg's call persists through death, partially reinforced by his shade during post-HW story. One wonders if...

...the destruction of Nidhogg's eyes by Estinien might have some effect on the Horde. So far the writers have not done anything with Ishgard so they're pretty much trapped in limbo right now.

We're getting more Ishgard stuff in 5.0. So I almost expect they go into something about the state of the Hoard then.

I would add something to this-

Orn Khai says he was told that dragons that are alone for many years 'break' and go mad from it. By the time Nidhogg died, Faunehm's so far gone she probably didn't even notice until Vedrfolnir stepped in.
