    How log till answer to Tickets?

    Just wondering how long it usually takes to get an answer for tickets.
    24 hours ago I purchased Stormblood download as well as my subscription renewal.
    My account still states "inactive" even though I have been playing for three days now and Stormblood still has not appeared.

    I do have two accounts, one in my name was purchased for my son quite a while back per Steam.

    My account was purchased directly via Square Enix.
    When I log in I log in under my Square Enix Account but it always does it via Steam for some strange reason.

    I wonder if there is some confusion. Anybody else have such a problem? Should I delete my Steam account (since my son never plays it anyway) and reinstall via Square Enix my account, however my account does not state that I purchased Stormblood!
    The Steam account also does not state I purchased it but I of course did not purchase the expansion via Steam, so it would not show up.

    Do these guys just take your money and run and is that why the game is so empty, hardy any people around?
    I am a pensioner and it is really hard for me to come up with the money for a game - so now I scraped the money together to buy the expansion and these guys don't even bother to answer my complaint!

    Sounds like you may have it linked to your steam account. Did you download trough steam? or have other expansions trough steam? My cousin had that issue and was told it was do to two different entities. Tickets normally take 24-72 business hours to be answered.
