Careful Synth 1 - 0 CP - efficiency 90% - 100% success

Careful Synth 2 - 0 CP - efficiency 120% - 100% success


Basic Touch - 18 CP efficiency 100% - success rate 70%

Precise Touch - 18 CP - efficiency 100% - success rate 70% - Added effect of one additional Inner Quiet when used during a Good/Excellent Proc

Basic Touch could become Precise touch if they were combined, but when you get the good/excellent proc, only then will it give you the additional inner quiet stack

Think like how red mage's attack combo becomes 'Enchanted' if you have enough mana, but with the proc as a crafter.
