Queuing multiple jobs at once - reducing times and adding flexibility

I'd also love to see the ability to change classes within a role in a dungeon, even if only at the beginning. For example, if I'm on WHM and zone into a trial or raid and the other healer is also a WHM, I'd love to be able to swap to AST or SCH for some synergy.

Now THAT would be awesome. It's always bit annoying when you end up doubling up on jobs (especially healers.) Can't I just switch to WHM or AST if I see a second SCH in the group? Please? (I know it'll never happen because of system limitations, but I can dream.)
