Being able to do it does not mean that it's a good idea. Players are egocentric while developers need to think of the entire audience. What is good for you is bad for the game. It's as simple as that, as I tried to explain earlier in this thread.

As for the more frequent update, not only would that overburdened the servers (the adventurer in need would change probably several dozens of times a second for ALL people), but it would make getting it a 100% lottery. You get the reward only if the adventurer in need bonus is running at the moment of entering the instance (maybe even ending the instance, but I doubt that). If it would quickly shift, with the amount of competition, it'd be a matter of less than a second before it'd no longer be for your class.
