I think this sums things up pretty succinctly. Having the F-word as a normal part of your vocabulary isn't a mental illness (even people with tourettes realize their tics aren't just normal conversation), it just means you've got a sailor mouth. I'm generally pretty profane in casual conversation too, but you have to know what audience you're talking to. You mentioned you're 28, do you have a job? If so, how do you talk to your boss when he's making you angry? If you don't have a job, how would you respond to an annoying teacher in school? Though that one might be a worse example, since kids are pretty mean to teachers sometimes, but just ask yourself how you act IRL when you're not in a casual situation, you probably don't just throw f-bombs everywhere.

If you really don't think you can control yourself, maybe start playing with a gamepad and leaving the keyboard somewhere else, so you have a few seconds to think about what you say before you say it. It's a lot harder to say bannable things via autotranslate.
