Blue Mage vs. Level Sync

Easily solved. Every skill has a 'Learned at level' tag on it for regular Jobs. That tag for BLU need only refer to the earliest possible level that skill can be found and learned. Synced below 50? No Shiva ice bow attack. etc etc.

So how will you force Blue Mages to learn an appropriate number of low lever abilities just so that they can have all of their high level abilities nixed when doing a queue. Because right now, there is absolutely nothing governing that. You'd have to force Blue Mages to learn a specific set of "core" abilities just so that they could be level synced. So yes, you'd have to change the very thing that makes them special. You'd have to give them mandatory abilities and force them to learn them. (like every other job in the game)
