Ninja permanent Hide in PvP Bug

Date & Time: A few seasons old already.
Frequency: Very Rare

Area and coordinates: Crystal Tower Training Grounds -- The Feast map

Steps:
1. Ninja uses his Hide PvP ability Kakuremi.
2. You hit him the moment he disappears.
3. Ninja stays only on client side invisible for the rest of the match. Unable to be targeted.

You see in these pictures and gif that the players get attacked but the ninja stays hidden, you also see the skillnames from the ninja attacking the player while he is not in visible range.

Solution -> add an extra check for the client side if the ninja hide is really still up or not, otherwise it stays like that for minutes.

This also happens in 1vs1 duels. It is difficult to reproduce though.
