SA database or ping improvement

Hello everyone, new player here, i know thats a lot of topics about this already exists but i am really liking the game, the gameplay and all, but i am playing with 300+ constant ms from Brazil. In others games with the servers in the US i got around 150ms, i was searching around and it seens that this started after a server realocation. I know that i am only one person asking here, but a improvement for the ping of the SA players would be great appreciated and would led to new players joing the game, at least take us back to the 150ms that was before.

Maybe try the other Data Center ? Create a character here and see if the ping is better.

Although, if it is indeed better, you might consider to server transfer =/

I have a friend from brazil with the same issues unfortunately its more to do with how your isp routes your connection to the server I would suggest seeing if you have another option for an isp which I know isn't likely or a vpn, but I do understand with the way the brazil suffers with the prices being insane.

Try the free version of WTFast to change your routing. I get 160 ping from Australia, so it sounds like your iSP is taking the most convoluted route to the server.

Unfortunately i cant change my ISP, i tested a free vpn and the ping changed to 200 but i cant afford to pay the subscription and a vpn to have the ping i was having before the change, and its not a problem exclusive of my ISP all the players in the SA have this ping.
We pay the same amount that everyone elso do, but we also have to pay a VPN to play the game with 200ms? The same ms that others game hosted in the US have without the need to pay a VPN?

it's really not a isp problem and paying a vpn does not solve this issue, they should really look into this since it affects every SA player.

The only real solution would be a datacenter for you in SA but we all can't tell if that is worth doing it for SE since we don't really know the numbers of players that are from SA.

Yes probably the only solution would be a datacenter here, i dont know to numbers of players but certainly would help to increase it. A lot of games are opening servers here in the SA and are growing in numbers, like Path of Exile, Overwatch, Black Desert. Would be great if we didnt have to pay a VPN to play the game at a decent level. I wouldnt mind to pay a VPN if i didnt need to pay a subscription too.
