honestly I hope now that they opened the box on limited jobs they make all little bits of side content into at least this to begin with

like
a horticulturalist ,
with its own in game book that updates as you grow stuff, with things on, thing grown, yields, time to grow, how soils effect and crossing pollination options.
even a few skills to recover crops get better yields growth speed.

or chocobo keep ,
tied to your companion and chocobo racing with benefits as it levels in say a jockey skill or better husbandry when breeding and feed knowledge

*cough* (added a light or even better full party mount in a chocobo carrage tied to that pls) *cough cough*

that sort of stuff adds more lore and diversifies the types DoL to the world quickly
plus making them limited means they need only add stuff to them when they want and the uptake will show if people really want more like content

then totally add more unique stuff like your suggesting

the other thing I hope they add down the track to a few limited jobs if they do start adding more is having some jobs stem from them at some point
like your horticulturalists green thumb with a bit of magic leads to a green mage job lol
