    Reactivate Service Account?

    So a friend of mine has tried to rejoin the game after unsubbing 14 months ago, but per Mog Station, he has no valid service account. However, his registration code has been used (obviously). He swears that this is, in fact, the correct username/email for the account, but there are no characters listed, no payment history, nada. Is this what happens when someone chooses to delete a service account? Is it possible to retrieve it? Or rather, does he simply have the wrong account, regardless of how certain he is?

    He's logged into the wrong account When you deactivate/reactivate a service account it still remains there (so you can reactivate it).

    If you delete the SE account, you can't login at all.

    I don't believe it's possible to delete a service account.

    I'm pretty sure you can have multiple SE accounts using same email, with different usernames. I might be wrong, but that might be problem here?

    It sounds like he's logging into the incorrect account. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with account recoveries on the technical support forums.
