Option to allow other FC members to use furnishing items in personal FC Chambers

I run an FC so I had this idea of turning my personal room into an Arcade room with the games you can buy with MGP. Sadly, I would be the only person who'd be able to play the games. Would it be hard would it be to implement a setting that would allow for this?

It would be nice to have the option to open it up to even more than FCs. That way restaurants can actually serve meals, people can play in arcades, etc. With sensible restrictions of course.

I personally don't understand the restriction on why non-owners/tenants can't interact with objects in housing if such interaction doesn't change the object or the environment the owner has created in their housing. There would be no harm in allowing others to interact with any of the following:

Mail box
Summoning Bell
Crystal Bell
Gold Saucer mini-games
Permit NPCs (Material Supplier, Mender, etc.)
Probably a few others I can't think of at the moment.

While it would be fun to make food items available to use by guests, I can also see the probable problems with some players trolling by eating through all charges in a few seconds and leaving just the empty dishes behind. I don't think that problem would ever get solved and so it would likely make such sharing pointless in the long run.

Trolls are always a worry to be sure, but I think a lot of it can be avoided with a reasonable cooldown on eating meals and the ability to toggle open access on/off. If someone can only eat one portion of a meal every hour and you turn off guest's access to food when you aren't there, it would allow for more immersion for RPers without much risk in my opinion.

During the last "Make it Rain"-event (around the end of may each year, I think?) we got three mini-games this year - however you can no longer purchase them and they were only available during the limited time of the event (for 200k MGP each). Maybe they'll make a return next year, maybe not...

You can purchase them now for MGP, but they're 100k MGP more than they were during the make it rain event.

This is the game room in my basement. Sorry it's not more focused on the games, but it's the only picture that I have on hand. You can still see all 3 of them behind my character's chair, though the "basketball" one is only half visible. They are quite large and function just like the real ones, give MGP, and count toward the challenge log for the week.
