Linkshell Options (Devs Please Answer)

I run a linkshell (very successful one at that) on Trabia. I have a couple of questions about the future of Linkshells:

1) Will we ever have anything like a clan hall?

2) Will we ever have a linkshell bank?

3) Will we ever have settings on shells (Exclusive or Nonexclusive... maybe more than that but that's what came to mind)?

4) Kicking members though they are not logged in or close to you?

5) Customizing linkshell shields instead of some generic shapes and symbols? (On 2.0 concept art I saw the same symbols we have currently... NOT COOL!)

The primary reason why I ask these questions is because in every MMO, Clans and guilds are the primary factor why people stay in game (besides solo content) or leave (NOT saying FFXIV should be anything like XI or any other MMOS I feel like you guys are DOING A GREAT JOB!!!). They are what give a sense of competition and loyalty to the game...

In FFXIV if you have a "crap" LS you usually don't stick around (At least from what I have seen). We in The Elite have been lucky to have a strong base that sticks with the game and have great friendships... Having more options would be great because right now there is no difference between a social list and linkshell besides a chat log and symbol next to your name so please give us more options! • I thought the LS hall thing will come out as personal housing... that had been mention during producer live letter I think...

• I'm not sure Ls bank will put people together... but I do see 2 big "end game" LS ruined due to LS bank problem in my server...

• I still don't understand what's the technical difficulty to have a LS kick-anyone function for leaders... /daydream on unless LS channel now is design as radio... LS chats is like radio channel, so in order to not let A play listen to the channel, you have to go to A's house (client software) and destroy the radio...

why you use mule to make thread like this? do SE really hired the hunter to hunt down the "negative voices" if they failed to cheer them up? /daydream off

clan hall has already been announced, it will not be tied to linkshells but to free companies.

Kicking people etc, they already said will not come till 2.0

Linkshell shields they said will not be customisable as well but will have alot more options come 2.0

they are working on the linkshell stuff but its a backseat to several other changes


this has been answered several times throughout the last 6 months(im sure you coulda found it if you really looked but it is buried)

1) 2.0 Yoshida has expressed something similar to this. Free Companies and Estates.

2) ^, though I'm curious for a straightforward answer that I may have missed.

3) This confuses me, what do you mean?

4) I think I remember reading that this was slated for 1.21

5) Get over yourself, that said, more variety would be nice. More colors, shapes, and choices in general would be really cool.
