The direwolf skirt/brand new skirt is the same length as Uraeus, but for male characters it also comes with a pair of pants.

Boarskin Skirt, as well, but it comes with leggings. Used it for a long time in my glamours before Uraeus became available.
Both of them, I felt, though, were inferior to the Foestriker's and Acolyte's Skirts in appearance - but, sadly, those skirts are not dyeable... Still useful if you don't mind that your color choices are limited to white or black (and class-locked to DoW and DoM, respectively).
Although it's a full length skirt, there is the "Plain Long Skirt" which is the unisex version of the Spring Skirt, but with the wrap of the skirt mirrored.
White Mage ~ Scholar ~ PaladinBoi if you got kicked for the same thing in over 20 duties I strongly suggest you think hard on whatever the hell it is you're doing
As I'm sure you are well aware, it takes more than one person to be able to kick a player from a duty, so in all those instances there were at least two people agreeing they'd be better off without you tanking.
Browsing through the marketboard (with my male alt character to be sure it's not gender-varied), there is also:
- Lv70 Rakshasa hakama for DPS classes
- Lv70 True Linen Skirt of Fending
- Lv60 Sky Pirate's Bottoms of Casting/Healing are not skirts, but very short shorts with tights underneath so possibly within the realm of what you're looking for.
- Lv60 Griffin Leather Skirt of Fending/Maiming
- Lv61 Ghost Barque Skirt of Striking (from the Sirensong Sea) has the same model
- Lv60 Chimerical Felt Breeches of Fending - also not a skirt (short shorts with a draped thingy at the front, and long socks) but would look like one under a coat.
Or with pants underneath:
- Lv60 Chimerical Felt Skirt // Lv55 Ramie Skirt
(crafting gear equippable by all classes, same model but different dyeing effect)
And several recurring ARR designs, all with pants/tights underneath...
For mages:
- Lv15 Acolyte's Skirt (early dungeons)
- Lv15 Brand-New Waistwrap (Hall of the Novice)
- Lv50 Cashmere Skirt of Healing (crafted OR given as reward for Lv50 AST quest)
- Lv50 Direwolf Skirt of Healing (PVP)
For DPS (and tanks):
- Lv15 Foestriker's Skirt (early dungeons)
- Lv15 Brand-New Skirt (Hall of the Novice)
- Lv50 Cashmere Skirt of Aiming (crafted OR given as reward for Lv50 MCH quest)
- Lv50 Direwolf Skirt of Aiming (PVP)
Also for DPS:
- Lv32 Infantry Skirt (Brayflox's Longstop)
- Lv50 Cashmere Skirt of Striking (crafted)
- Lv50 Direwolf Skirt of Striking (PVP)
* these early 'striking' gear pieces are for NIN as well as MNK/SAM
For tanks and/or dragoons:
- Lv15 Brand-New Trousers (Hall of the Novice)
- Lv34 Storm/Serpent/Flame Skirt (GC Quartermaster)
- Lv43 Boarskin Skirt (crafted)
- Lv50 Vermillion Skirt (for tanks - Amdapor Keep & Wanderer's Palace)
- Lv50 Thick Skirt (for dragoons - from Copperbell (Hard) & Pharos Sirius)
- Warwolf Skirt of Maiming (PVP)
The crafted and PVP items are dyeable, but the dungeon drops are not.
There are also the knee lenght sharlayan skirts from the level 59 dungeon for all jobs and a long skirt for casters wich drops in Neverreap and Fractal.

Even the shortest of the longkilts goes lower than knee-length, though. Compare to the griffin leather skirt of fending / griffin leather skirt of maiming / ghost barque skirt of striking:There are also the knee lenght sharlayan skirts from the level 59 dungeon for all jobs and a long skirt for casters wich drops in Neverreap and Fractal.
