**edit. I do have 2 files Of the same XIV file, so if the XIV file checker checks my entire PC for that file, one is often outdated. Maybe updating it regularly or deleting it might help.
Never thought about that being a possible issue until now.

Yep just tested this.
Without logging out, I did timers, menus, sales, purchasing, linkshells, calamity, Armoire, Glamour dressor, GC turn in, GC purchase, 2.0 weekly hunts, 2.0 daily hunts, 3.0 weekly/daily hunts, gold saucer games, Inn room mini games, Orchestrian menu, orchestian list menu, changed jobs, fishing log, challenge log, Ixali turn ins, yada yada yada.
Moving all savable menus to my desired location.
Then I ran back through alllll of them all over again and Orchestrian menu moved again.
I didnt log out, I didnt crash, I just ran around opening all menus including Khloe, collectables, you name it, and once I started making a second trip around all the menus sure enough one reset.
******There is a limit** and I do not like this. This should be PC side, and should never reset. This is very irritating, as jobs HUD settings have reset (multiple times now) including menus. Its very very very irritating to have to constantly move menu items.
So this rules out "file data error", PC error, multiple character error, any kind of error.
