Just recently, FPS sudden drop

Yes i have tried to roll back the drivers, without any significant results.

I have been playing with Direct x 9 AND Full screen since and the fps drop does not occur as much.

What happen? i want to play the game in Borderless window and Direct x 11.

And im playing in 4k Monitor. More and more players are using 4k monitor these days.

I have seen some other threads regarding Directx 11 issues too, maybe should look into this further? Thanks.
