    Lost retainers when transfering

    hi i have a major problem which concerns my account with my retainers.... 6months ago i transfered from phoenix to lousoix but a major problem happened which cause me to quit the game for a total of 6months

    but anyway i lost both my original retainers from phoenix.... so i lost all event items/sub rewards/ mogstation items and a bunch of gear which i used to glamour a lot.... even lost my yuna outfit from fanfest D:

    when i got to lousoix my retainers was not there and waited a few days for them to appear but they didnt... so i was forced to make 2 new retainers

    i have made a few gm reports about my issue but none cannot fix it and they asked me to make a forum post to see if it can be fixed

    please help a little lalafell out with lost items
