I have been getting error 90006

Everyday that I have been playing the game lately I have been randomly logged and get error 90006. I have also experienced lag issues prior to being logged out. I play on PS4, on a wireless connection, and am on Excalibur if that helps any. Can anyone please help me fix this issue? Thank you!

Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues connecting to Final Fantasy XIV. When do you disconnected? Is it when you first start the game or is it when you are logged into a character? Also what have you tried to fix it?

    Hope to see you online!

It usually happens during an instance or dungeon. It starts as lag then it will either disconnect me or freeze everything in place for several seconds to a few mins then catch up with everything that happened during that time frame all at once.

As far as what I tried to do I have reset my router, I made sure I enabled Javascript and Cookies on the PS4 browser and unclicked then clicked them back on.

Good morning and thank you for the reply.

    Please try the following:

Check to see if the following port ranges are opened on your router. You can contact your ISP and request they open them for you:
    ▼TCP
    54992 through 54994,
    55006 through 55007,
    55021 through 55040
