    What exactly do you mean by system report? Do you mean the system information from ff14 or from the laptop itself?
    I went to their website and downloaded a program which does certain tests for the hardware to see if there are any problems. I ran some general tests and some just for the mouse and keyboard. There were no problems detected.

    To submit a Final Fantasy XIV System Report Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

    You mentioned this same issue appearing while not playing the game, correct? That makes it seem like there is an issue with the keyboard/laptop itself.
