Missing Level 70 Ninja job quest.

Hi all,

This may be a silly question but for the life of me I cannot find the level 70 ninja job quest to unlock Ten Chi Jin, plus i am trying to find out my completed job quests for ninja but cannot find it under journals.

I have already received Bhavacakra so I am just assuming that i have completed level 68 job quest. I am level 70 now but could not find the quest "When Clans Collide"

The 62-68 abilities are not quested, so having them is not an indicator of quest progress. However, if you look at your Scenario Guide HUD element (the red-and-parchment colored thing that says what your current/next MSQ is), there's a smaller indicator below it that says what your next class/job/system unlock quest is. Clicking this will open the map on the questgiver.

I had the same issue as OP. I think there's a bug where the lv68 quest doesn't display in the scenario guide.
After moving them to Namai on the lv66 quest, I completely forgot about it. After reaching level 70, I looked for them in Kugane with no luck and there was nothing on my scenario guide.

I was stuck finding where to start this quest set. I checked for Oboro at the dock storehouse, and the rogue HQ in Loma. No luck. Other references said he was in Yanixia. (Not there either) I had forgotten that he was hanging out behind a building in Kugane at 23.6, 10.4, and has quest: "A Game of Life and Death."
