Is there really no way to move single-bound items to a different character?

Depending on how much you spent on those items, the cheaper option might be to buy a name change and fantasia for your first character.

Additionally, if you're also moving servers, you can get that name change for free if your current name is already taken on that server, which you can arrange by making an alt with the sane name first.
