    Guesses about 1.21?

    I'm guessing the way they're going to "regulate" how long it takes to complete the job quests are by moon phases. I mean how else would they make simple job quests take so long? If I'm wrong and they're actually long (and good) then well, I'm hopeful for 2.0 lol.



    On a side note, this fits perfectly with how I felt about today's lack of 1.21 release date confirmation.

    I hope it requires a boss fight at least and hope the AF gear is in the new dungeons.

    A solo boss fight something like Matt would suit me just fine.

    I hope it requires a boss fight, (not solo) but a group fight something akin to Moogle or Ifrit in difficulty (hopfully much harder, one can only dream) The biggest dissapointment would be if everyone is running around in full AF in first week of patch.

    If it is dungeon related I hope it is not just "random AF drops off boss" or something...>.> maybe quest related and have to clear the dungeon boss or certain mobs instead..maybe meet certain conditions..o.ob

    1:Wait for Javanese midnight to get your item.
    2: Fight NM that you need a party to do.
    3: do a chain of quest and go everywhere in eorzea for one item lol

    dont know what else they can come up with it be funny if the AF drop in the dungeon by boss and coffer lol.

    Doing certain things that drop certain armor would be fun to do. Maybe the dungeons will be really big and have multiple paths and bosses. One can only dream though.

    I'm thinking each job has their own storyline (iirc, there was a post saying that Ishgard might tie into the DRG quests in some form).

    What we know:
    To unlock PLD you need Lv30 GLA, and Lv15 MRD.

    I want something appropriate for those levels when I unlock PLD, and not something exaggerated like a Lv50 boss fight that requires a party. On the flip side, obtaining armor, weapons, learning spells and abilities should be challenging and worthwhile.
