Eureka is great, let me explain why and how to make it better

So I was running across some you tube videos, and one gave me a lot of ideas how to comment on eureka. See this content is wonderful. You know what would make it better? If I had an event, that required to take my relic from 400 to 405 where I have to watch grass grow since that is how entertaining eureka is in general. You can make it where players need to hold down the 1 key, and you have to hold down the 1 key as you highlight different strands of grass to help them grow. If you stop just 1 split second over the course of 8 hours, you have to start over. Each time you do this you get 1 light shard, and you need 90 light shards to complete it. So this solves the problem of keeping people subbed.

Second, I think you forgot one detail: Eureka timers are 3 hours. So instead it would save your progress for 30 minutes upon getting kicked from the instance for time over, and you must return to it quickly before it undoes your entire progress among the billions of blades of grass. Waymarks will be also made less precise just in Eureka. Removing decimal places.

For the first part no, but there is AVGN doing desert bus and crazybus. Remember it is oneword, not crazy bus, but crazybus.

I did forget about most instances being 3 hours but doesn't triple triad have like 128 hours or something crazy? I am shocked they did not do that for Eureka since people love it so much they play it hours at a time in one sit down, like 4 to 12 hours straight, some do. So clearly we need a higher cap in how much we spend there.

Yes, while away, unsubbed, i thought hard about what others told me about optional content and how it is okay because it is optional, even if it costs one, thousands of dollars or hours that run into months of time to access. What people said opened my third eye, it was really powerful to join in the fun that is called Eureka.

Dang, sure are a lot of folks that would be entertained by watching grass grow! Every time I'm in Eureka, it's FULL of people.

Seriously, the hatedom this content has is friggin' hilarious. Eureka's not bad. Not bad at all. And I'm clearly not the only one to think so, since it's always highly populated. There may be some folks in there that hate it and are forcing themselves through it solely because there's something they want from it they can't get anywhere else, but I doubt that's enough to explain EVERYONE, or even MOST of the participants.

Even the (patently false) claim that there's nothing else to do in game isn't enough; if folks honestly hated it, they'd be playing another game instead, while they wait for new stuff to arrive. Heck, folks were doing that even before Eureka was a thing.

Detractors are simply going to have to accept that they are a vocal (very, very, very vocal) minority.

Of course it is, between the relic, and the emotes, and the hairstyles, and the exclusive housing items, and the crafting items, and---
At this point it really doesn't matter how good or bad the content is, you're going to find people running it. And the fact the devs put all that behind Eureka is honestly telling.
