Constant Disconnects

Both computers that I use are wired, connected to a router straight thru a cable. I have a premium Internet service that allows for 100Mb per sec down, and and high powered router. And none of these are the causes of the issues. The issue is the delay times that are caused by the EU ISPs that are providing your service. They are too high and need to be brought down. It is apparent that either your ISPs or your own SE network cannot adequately handle the traffic it sees. That has been evident since the first day 5 years ago when ARR came online. This is where you should be directing your attention. Users setups have not changed, mine has not, but the service gets worse because your networks cannot handle the load. Please fix them. As of the time and date of this post...the network now seems more stable than it has been for 2 days. PLEASE NOTE: I made no changes on my end. I was disconnected...I waited 10 min to reconeect, and after I did, approx 15 min from this time, everything seems much more stable. I do not know what may have changed on the network, but I made no changes to my system or configuration. I hope this may help in finding a more permanent solution. Thank you for your efforts.
