Thread: 4.5 New DC and Server transfers

Well, they stated transfers will be free for about two weeks at some point, with only a three day limitation on moving multiple times. That means, you can move to any world on any DC because transfers have no limitation to where you want to go, they only have a default three day wait time to transfer again, and they already said it will allow as many transfers as you want or need, within a two week period, so if you move and don't like it or need to move again, you can, but you have to factor in the three day wait before you can transfer a second or third time.
However, if you decide to move to a preferred world, as it is now you are stuck for 90 days, which they failed to mention, or a new world, has this limitation in place as well, unless they remove this limitation before hand.
I just checked in case they updated the World Transfer page and it states

characters on these Worlds will receive special bonuses. * Following characters will not be able to World transfer again until 90 days have passed:
- Characters transferred to a New World
- Characters created on a New World
- Characters transferred from a Congested World to a Preferred World
- Characters created on a Preferred World

So you wont be able to transfer to a congested world (world wont show in list to select as destination world), and its only if you move from a congested world to preferred, that you will get a 90 day wait, though this may change , but that's how it is right now.
