Level Syncing isn't the best solution

I'm not sure how roulettes work, but I am sure it can be arranged that if all players are synced, certain content is eliminated from the roulette

This is one of my bigger issues. If everyone is 60+, why are they getting put in Tam-Tara? Yes, it's a "roulette", but that's not fun for anyone involved.
