Hotbar Ability Woes

Hey guys
1 I am totally new to the game. I have an MMO mouse. I keep accidentally moving ,deleting, and resizing my hot bars and abilities. I have my main stuff programmed to the mouse but I click on stuff a few at times here and there. Even when just using the buttons on the mouse to fire actions I think the fact that you have to hold the right mouse button down constantly to look around is screwing me up. I am all thumbs and I end up clicking or right-clicking things on accident or hitting wrong keys with my left hand while in intense combat. Last night I was in a dungeon and my #1 hotbar completely disappeared along with all of my tanking abilities right in the middle of an intense fight. The party ran off without me for 5 minutes while I tried to figure out what happened and how to fix it.
This is maddening. Help !

There's a little lock icon next to your first hotbars. Click that and it should lock your hotbars

IndividuallyI don't think so but if you click the lock on you shouldn't be able to drag or move any skills on any hotbars

If the hotbar is locked as Dzian explained, you cant drag abilities off of it without unlocking. It also makes adding new abilities a little annoying, so you sometimes need to unlock stuff between levels to set your bars how you want them. Just remember to lock em back down when youre done.
