Thank you, I followed your instructions and in the following days the game seems to have stopped crashing, it seems the problem has been solved with the clean boot method, although I do wonder which of these processes may have been responsible for the conflict.

I'm glad that was able to solve the issue. I'm not sure which one was affecting the game, but you can try enabling them one at a time and see which ones make a difference.
