it may just be me, and it probably is, but im not sure if just saying no belts can be dyed explains why they cant be dyed.

First go back and see if i said anything about Cobalt.. i said plate belts!! how come u assumed i ment only cobalt? lmao
Also the green color has nothing to do with the weapons being optimal. and the question wasnt towards "why" they are green... it was why are all the others scept the Scimitar green dude.
Scimitar is also rare gear like the rest hehe.
