They are green because they are "rare optimal level gear", as for why they suck: Because battle system changed, SE intends to update stats later and not waste time balancing this gear atm. To the belts question: no belts can be dyed, its not just the cobalt belt. Thread closed~Dodore Doublet (Letters in green color)
Mosshorn Scale Mail (Letters in green color)
Silver Tricorne (Letters in green color)
Barbarian's Bardiche (Letters in green color)
Champion's Lance (Letters in green color)
Aeolian Scimitar (Letters in white??? color)
Why is that i wonder?
Is it not a rare ex drop item?
Also how come the plate belts can't be dyed?
Not sure just asking what's up with those things?

it may just be me, and it probably is, but im not sure if just saying no belts can be dyed explains why they cant be dyed. They are green because they are "rare optimal level gear", as for why they suck: Because battle system changed, SE intends to update stats later and not waste time balancing this gear atm.
