They are green because they are "rare optimal level gear", as for why they suck: Because battle system changed, SE intends to update stats later and not waste time balancing this gear atm. To the belts question: no belts can be dyed, its not just the cobalt belt. Thread closed~

it may just be me, and it probably is, but im not sure if just saying no belts can be dyed explains why they cant be dyed.
