    evening
    hi,I've getting error when trying to log in this early morning,I'm on EU server Moogle, I try logging in but I keep getting kicked I check the connection its always 0 between sending and receiving in-game, I wait for 5 hrs I thought it just some connection problem,but until now I can't log in,please i really want to play,today its the time I can play freely without task from work

    This sounds like a connection error but can you give the exact error message you are getting? You mentioned getting the error earlier today, is this the first time you've experienced it?

    Can you provide the following information:

    - Platform (PC, PS4, Mac)
    - Type of connection (wired or wireless)
    - Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
    - Everything you have tried to resolve the issue
